I LOVE a good brainstorming meeting. I feel TORTURED when I’m stuck in a bad one (of course, I’ve never facilitated a bad one!). I thought this was a good article on a perfect brainstorm. Every one of us has experienced failed brainstorms. Because 300 ideas hung on a wall and nobody knew how to go on. Or one of your vice-presidents disapproved of every idea so after a short while everybody kept his mouth shut.
